I have had to let the girlfrend use the Z for work this week as her Golf is knacked.

I have come home tonight to be told the electrc windows and indicators dont work anymore and the power steering has gone heavy.

THIS CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE..

Make them get the bus.

Women and Zed's dont mix..

Just do what ive done.

Put so many gadgets on the Z that the wifeys natural 'oestrogen induced techno-fear' stops them even wanting to go near the car ;-)

I expected the windows and indicators to be a fuse blown but all the fuses are ok.

The indicators still flash if you put the hazzards on though.

Any ideas

Paul.

Have a look under the bonnet, as there are some more fuses/relays etc. in a black box there. When my lights went haywire, it turned out to be one of these fuses.

Check the rear view mirror too - it will have been adjusted so it points straight back at you.

Yeah,

And check your alloys for kerb damage too!

The hazard thing happened to me, remove the hazard light switch. There are 2 crews that have be adjusted each side of switch. If these are in wrong place...hazards work..indicators dont and visa versa....its a trial and error job to get switch in right place..

Good luck
