I've never seen that before and there's some very well know Z faces on there :)

Peter R did the work on his car.

ohhh hindsight is a great thing - what was it ......£1500 for a stage one upgrade - wasnt that just mig tips ?

 

whatever happened to the yellow one - mike owned it for a while - andy is still around i believe - dont know about the convertible

Yes I was having a giggle at the upgrade prices too!

Mind you I used to pay them and explains how I spent so much more than I needed to these days :(

How prices have dropped.

Everything in SE's catalogue used to be 4 figures LOL

 

Can anyone save the file off YouTube for me to mpeg or something?

I used to have a browser addon to do it but it stopped working :(

LOL I tried sitting in that car when it was at SE Nissan, but I couldnt fit in the small bucket seats. :x: :rofl:

It certainly was, it was one of the ones I always dreamed about but never thought I'd have.

Yeah and his was there for a year. :shock:

no - i believe mine was actually the last big build out the door

 

mind you it only took me another 2 year to get it right

 

to be fair though - it seems like a strong engine - doesnt use any oil or water, and you cant say that of many 650bhp engines

He did know his stuff just a shame it took so long every time.

There's something about building Z engines that ruins businesses LOL

Mine was at Grasshopper a year and they went bust half way through the job :rofl:

Anyone ever hear from Peter of former Silvia Engineering/SE Nissan/Nisstek?

he was last seen working out of a garage in colchester - whether this was as a business or tuning for friends is debatable. last person to be in regualar conatct was ian as far as i was aware
