This is for all you minimalists out there.

 

Here is a cheap and very effective mod for your Zed.

 

Remove your red reflector from both side of the rear bumper, smooth off the raised writing/numbers with a very sharp knife, sand, prime, paint and laquer.

 

Do the same to the stainless steel screws and refix.

 

This will give you an un-interupted line to the rear quater and draws your attention to the lines of the car instead of a red blob in the middle of the bumper!

 

I hope someone out there agrees and decides to follow suite. Time for all us "Less is More" modders to stand up and be counted!!! hehe!

Whilst I do like the uk number plate shape, I'm not too shure about the twin fog lights at the bottom. A little too buisy for me. But it does look even better from the side, shame they never did a swb version!!!!

Your car is way to smooth for that!

 

Just try one with a drop of any old white paint as an experiment and take a photo from a distance and you will see what I mean.

 

I got my bodyshop man to colour and laquer mine after I prepaired them. Well worth it trust me.

 

Or try photo shopping it out and post up the picture on this thread and lets get some feedback.

Got to say I agree with Nick on this one, the clear crystal ones would look so smooth on that car, the paint is sharp and then the crystal lense would be sharp as well.

Yeah I must say that on that colour crystal would have a similar effect as it would blend a lot better than red.

Are you talking about the rear side markers mine are lit up ive changed a bulb in mine and the wireing looks like standard nissan .I dont know if this was an option to have them illiminated i think this is a law to have these in certain countries us /canada .Ive noticed some cars eg volvo have them in orange .
