bac with my afc problems again . Now i know that if it is not set up correctly all sorts of bad things can happen but until i get it on the rolling road what should i do ???? i was thinking that running short of fuel is bad very bad but running rich is not so bad apart from the fuel consumption ??? so if i was to turn all five dials up to +30 the car would be safe at running 0.9kg/cm2 boost ???? or does anyone know what the dials should be turned to when running this amount of boost ??? ive read the instruction manual on the apexi website so im aware of the concept how the device works but there are no setting instructions at all .

help if possible (please)

I can't help with the AFC settings but I do know that a car running too rich can have just as bad effects on the engin as too lean, not so fast but in the way that the bores can be washed and loose the lube causeing premature wear.

If it's been installed then presumably it's been set up already.

Reset it to factory settings if you've already messed with it, that way you'll be back to whatever fueling is set in the ECU.

If you go increasing the fueling all it will do is run rich and really bad.

I'd leave well alone if I were you.

Leave it alone! Competent tuners only, with a wideband O2 can set these up! Too much fuel is bad and will kill your engine fairly quickly....
