new car new probs

hi took delivery of my car SWB TT this morning test drive good nice quiet engine

 

got home and the engine is ticking over a bit erratic up to 1500rpm then back down put into drive once and it cut out the fan speeds up aswell sometimes on tickover

 

I can hear what I presume is the fuel pump aswell when stationery?

 

so its been standing for a bit ill put some !more! fresh petrol in and see how it goes

    Revs are most likely TPS, try wigling the cable and see if the revs change when you do it. Also if its been standing, undo as many connectors as you can find and clean them with contact cleaner and plug them back in. HTH
