Blitz boost gauge install

In order to test to see if my Autometer gauge is reading properly, Craig has kindly offered to let me hook his Blitz gauge up to my car and go for a test run.

 

The difficulty is that Craig doesn't have the required pipework to attach the thing. The connector on the back of the gauge looks like this fit-side.jpg and he has some 2.5mm poly pipe that may or may not be anything to do with the gauge.

 

Does anyone have any idea how this gauge should be connected up? It's a mechanical gauge incidentally.
