Ok which is best for the best fuel economy in an auto Z:

Overdrive, always on, always off or switch it on only when going over a certain speed

 

the Auto Hold/Power switch. Always on hold or power, or always set to the middle.

 

remember this is purely for best fuel economy, not for top speed etc

I would say overdrive always on.

I found that when using hold on the motorway I would use more fuel due to it not shifting down(when a lower gear would have been more useful).
