Possible Fraud... help needed

AS above i need the help of any one i have bought off of in the last month or so, Got a mini statement today and a cheque has come out of my account today that i have no idea of who it was too and what it was for, Halifax went much help, just said they would sent a copy of the cheque out, but could take 2 weeks!! thing is though the cheque number is before some cheques that came out over a week ago in some cases more than 2 weeks ago!

 

i know it a pain to ask but please pm me with the amount i paid you and when it was.
