Hi there,

I´m new in your forum, lots of looking around, thats my first writing

(i´m austrian, so excuse my mistakes :( )

I got my Z in October and I´m working every weekend, to get it ready before

the season starts. I just installed my new LED-rearlight panel, which has now

car-colour, also the "plastic-stripe" on the trunk.

Now I´m searching for the right decals for my Z. As I was searching, i found

the endings V-spec and J-spec, but I dont know nothing about it.

Can you help me with some details? I know that V-spec maybe isn´t 300ZX.

What does it mean and what is the different between a "normal" Z and a

J-spec?

Thanks a lot, great forum!

Patrick

J-spec simply means Japanese spec, the car is a japanese import,

V-Spec short for victory spec is only on skyline GT-R's.

Hope this Helps

Paul.

Thanks a lot!

Do you know, what they mean with victory? A racing modifycation?

Or is it only for fun/nothing?

Thanks, Pat

i'm pretty sure the Victory spec has bigger brakes and a different rear diff,

Paul.

Nissan launched the V-spec Skylines to celebrate winning some touring car championchips almost every time. in the end they had to change the rules to give the other cars a chance! the V-spec 'liners do have upgrades - i think Paul has probably covered them.

just dont get V-spec decals for your Z tho mate ;) J-spec sounds cool, even tho it doesnt mean anything special (except JDMs are better than UK :x: ;)

Quite difficult. I never thought, deceiding, what decals come on the back of my car would be so hard....Maybe I have to get back to my first setting.

On the left side the chrome "nismo" and on the right chrome "Z32"...

Like blink 182... "All the small things..."
