gear troubles

hello gang me again i have another question for you all - when changing gear im my car i find :cool: clutch very hard - maybe racing clutch - also i have to press peddle right to floor and i mean it has to be right to floor in order to change gear ive been told its normal- im not convinced

    Too much free play possibly. adjustment on rod under dash.

    Hard to depress.??.. servo gone on holiday??? Or maybe its not got one!
