I have been speaking to Suzy via pm and we are going to be sharing a stand with Z Club at Japfest.

The stand has been booked for 100 and so I am starting this thread to get a rough idea of numbers.

There is going to be track time available and Suzy will be dealing with that and putting a booking form up sometime soon.

So if you could please put your names down in list form on this thread and just state whether its for just a space on the stand, or stand and track time.

I know there is no details about times/prices etc... and that will all come asap but just after rough numbers for now please to make sure we have enough spaces.

Japfest booking form and info pack arrived at my house yesterday by post for some reason

I have posted it on to Suzy today and no doubt she will be getting the wheels in motion re booking shortly

Considering this.....when do you need to know by?

Two Z/ZX dedicated track sessions limited to 20 cars, please book early to avoid disappointment (£23 per session).

 

Entrance is £9 per person (£14 on the gate). To gain access to the club stand you will need to book a vehicle pass through me.

 

I have attached a booking form, please print this off and return with a cheque (address on form) or e-mail it to me at suzy.threadgold@hotmail.co.uk and Paypal to the same address
