anybody give me advice on the electric cooling fan . as mine is running constantly . from the moment you start the engine it's running . i have read that this fan is powered from the ECM [ECCS CONTROL MODULE] . IS THERE A WAY I CAN STOP THE FAN [OTHER THAN DISCONECT IT] . DO I NEED A NEW CONTROL MODULE OR ECM OR ARE THEY THE SAME . ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT . CHEERS :smash: :smash: :smash:

Mine did this, the reason on mine was the temp sensor connection was poor

Yep ECU temp sensor connection. Yellow connector (2 pin) on top coolant pipe coming out of the front of the engine.

If the connector is knackered go to the scrappy,s and cut an injector connector off a Vauxhall ( they,re yellow ) just file the lug off the sender unit ( nissan one is offset , vauxhall is central ) and you,ve got a nice clip with finger releases on it and a proper moisture shield in it , works a treat .
