Do you mean the whole headlamp unit, or just the beam?

No the whole unit. there is almost an inch gap between the bottom headlight and my new Bomex bumper.

I sugest youtake the headlamp unit out and have a VERY good look around, as it can't go any lower than it should be, simply because it's on a welded platform......

This is part of the structure when the frame is built in the factory!!

I'd say either your new bumper is incorrectly positioned, or a weld has broken.

The bumper certainly seems to be a perfect fit everywhere else.

Something must be bent somwhere then. It might be a case of putting a spacer in to raise the headlight and fill the gap?

I did see the exact same thing on Martinfa's car when it was in Ztech a couple of years ago.

When you take this apart to investigate, try taking some photos just in case, then if you're still having problems, we can try to 'SEE' the problem from here :D

Best of luck with it.

Just been cleaning the rubbers from my headlight and noticed there's a peice of rubber insert that sits in the bottom part of the seal that fills it out (about 3/4"), is yours there????
