I am from the 200sx forum where there are also problems, hence me registering on here to try and find out some more info.

 

If there's anyway you can update me, should I send you an email address etc I'd be grateful.

 

Also, do you know how many people are owed and what. I agreed a deal with Graham for Z32 rear brakes and BMC in late October and transferred the £150 he asked for (130 for parts, 20 for P+P) on 6th Nov, and have been having great difficulty contacting him.

I've had a PM on the 200sx board from a user on the 300 board called CHIEF who can't seem to post anymore due to a problem with his account.

 

CHIEF (Howard) also payed Graham £160 for some rear brakes over a month ago and has heard nothing.

 

Appreciate the efforts of those trying to contact him.

Yes thats me. I didn't know I could post on this forum and not the for sale forum :wack: I had a cheque that cleared on the 13 Dec for £160 for some rear brake bits. Had a phone message saying he sent them 10 days ago but not received anything.

Quick update.

I asked some one to knock on his door at the weekend and he has moved out,the car is still at that address on ramps with parts missing I dont know if the mobile number I have for him is the correct one so anyone that has spoken to him of late could you please PM me his number so I can check.

This is not looking good:( I have his number but he won’t answer!

I had someone knock on his door last week and he has moved out and left the car on ramps. Another member was at his address at the weekend and took off the car the parts he was owed. Also looks like some one has set fire to the car so some of the interior parts are badly burnt.

time to get pc plod involved??

this is not a dig at the commitee or anything but this seems to be more common with paid up members rather than subscribed,so kinda leans against protection for members who buy off members from where ime sitting :(

i agree, i posted in the sale thread as well, it is hard to break a car and get all the bits posted, i know i'm one of the worse people for sending stuff out, i just dont have the time sometimes and with all the best will in the world sometimes you let people down :( but it doesnt look good with this one i'm affraid!!

 

i have to agree with clarkmagic, i think people who are owed money need to contact the local police station to where he lives and report him for theft and see what happens?
