I have just bought a manual conversion kit from nad300 and will be starting the work soon. Can anyone confirm that there is a spiggot bearing in my auto, is it different to manual and where can i get one for the conversion if different. Also, can anyone supply pics of the pipework for the clutch servo so I can see where it goes. Thanks in advance for any answers, no doubt i'll have a few more questions as I progress through the job which I will do over the next few weeks as and when I get time. Cheers.

According to the FAST system all VG30's have a crank bush fitted. Might be an idea to change it anyway whilst it's accessible. The part number for it is 32202-B9500. Fits absolutely loads of Nissans.

Hi, I've recently did the conversion myself. Spigot bearing IS different and needs to be changed to a Manual one (available from Nissan for about £3) Someone will be able to give a part number

Just ring & order from MJP, he knows what it is

clutch servo tank is fitted in the wing, and comes with a series of hoses which will lead to the clutch booster infront of the clutch pedal.

you can eliminate this setup and choose to take a secondry feed from the brake servo hose using a t-piece then attaching hose from this to clutch booster, this saves removing wing to fit intake manifold.

or if your hard! use no assistance, pedal is heavy but just managable, no fun in traffic though.

if your running the correct intake manifold for clutch assitance you will need to change your auto balance bar for a manual one, as the manual bar has an extra takeoff for the assistance.

also another tip, if your fitting the standard pipework for the master-slave cylinder, you can get a custom braided line, order up M10 1MM screw at each end with 750mm length and you can screw this direct from master cylinder in to your slave cylinder, not only is this done in 5 mins you can bleed the systym 1st time :D as the standard pipework is a bit of a ballache to run.
