i may be after a mk1 golf as a run around instead of changing the zed, i obviousely want it modified and the site i used to go on had lots of mk1's with all styles of modifying

They dont come much more modded then this without spending a few bob on it.

Was thinking about this one before I got the ZED, He wants 3700 notes i think.

 

Ways about the weight of just the ZED engine and has the G60 supercharger in it!!

The G60 wont be economical but a 16v mk2 runs pretty well.

I know you have posted up elsewhere about thread hijacks but is there any chance you could tell me where you got your front number plate holder please as mines stuck on an inch wide plate with sticky pads and falls off daily.

was already on car bud, dont worry about the hijack, it when people come on and start waffling about totally different subjects and not chating with the thread starter that people have complained about

Also, Spongey that numberplate holder was a UK-Spec thing, just screw the plate to your bumper lol.

Those deep dish`s make that dub! Nice colour but im guessing that it cost a few bob to get it looking as new as it does.

yup thats the one, he had just sold it when i was speaking to him, he was gutted

One of my mates is a golf freak, had quite a few of them.

This one started off as a mk3 1.4cl...

Had an audi tt lump fitted & other numerous bits & bobs, flip paint

etc... about £14k thrown at it in the end!!

He also had a mk2 vr6 conversion, in jazz blue, which won numerous

show & shines etc...
