the way I see it we don't have a committee here, by definition a committee is

one or more persons appointed or elected to consider, report on, or take action on a particular matter.

The 'committee' we have here were to the best of my knowledge not appointed or elected by anybody but themselves. They don't seem to consider or report on anything either, rather just take actions without giving a flying fook what anyone thinks.
