Just wondering what controls the single press up/down control on the drivers side window? The windows still work fine but it's just the dingle press up/down has stopped. I have removed the relay unit and re-soldered a couple of dry joints and both relays in the unit are clicking away. Any ideas???

i thought it was part of the switch, i would say the switch has gone maybe

I resoldered one of my contacts in the unit, and it worked for a while, then packed up again. So i resoldered ALL the joints and it's still working, so far ;) So I'd sugest just doing the whole lot, if that don't work, get a new one :D

does nayone know what these 2 parts are from the driver side door?

The one on the left is the window control modual. The other one looks more like the 'Lights Out' relay from the rear right hand light cluster!! :confused:

Yes it does. There are two small relays within this modual that control the drivers window regulator motor.
