Fungle infection- Help!

I am really worried about this.

 

My Zed has just come back from the bodyshop and looks great apart from a yucky black fungus which has grown over my lovely red paint in a couple of patches on the roof. I am hoping it isn't gonna spread any further.

 

Just the cosmetic factor is bad enough but the car seems to be a little down on power now to boot:(

 

Anyone know what I can do about it?

    how come the black is matt not gloss?

     

    It's satin.

     

    I don't know why they didn't use gloss to be honest but it looks ok all the same I think:)

    Looks great. Getting mine done soon. But I'll be doing mine gloss black to match the shine of the windows and B pillars. Will also do the little T-piece gloss black as well.
