Is that the real thing..... surely not....?

I have credit cards - I'd drive over there right now and give them £6K for that if it's real / legit.

Yeah same here! There's something not quite right although the guy has 54 positive feedbacks so what he'd be doing gazzumping someone i don't know hmm

Got to be some sort of con.

These go for £35K - £50K.

He could take it to a dealer and get £20K minimum.

Still tempted to go and buy it though!

It's a scam.

Read the bit about "I have issues with my ebay mail account right now, please use this address ..."

Its pretty obvious by the fact this guy uses exactly the same pictures as the main 35k auction that it's a con but why do it after getting 54 positive feedbacks?

I think it has to be someone has hacked his account and added the auction using this cypher address to get him into trouble. The rest of his auctions are for small items.

Tried to contact the user directly using the contact user form to inform him but ebay of course block it because they say i'm trying to contact a user i have nothing to do with and they're blocking the message

What a bunch of fooking ****ers!

the interior is fowl!

lol, i'd love one. Saw one in the flesh this year driving through town and they sound superb :D

Really stood out as being something rather menacing on the road

They are supposed to be shite. Not sure who in their right mind would ever pay that money for a Rover.

i quite like it not sure about the interior tho, might just be the colour, but stats say its no quicker than the zed for 0-60 times. I think it looks better than the Z4. And i wouldnt pay that much for it either

It's not a Rover. It was derived from the Qvale (formerly De Tomaso) Mangusta.

That's like slagging the Zed 'cos it's just a Nissan.

Carbon fibre body built in Modena, powered by a 320 bhp 4·6 L V8 engine.

I'd love one.

It's still a Rover regardless of what's under the bonnet. Rover were still pap.

I don't like Nissan anyway. But I do like the Z car range.

That is just the basic spec ECU. The Ford uprated spec ECU pushes the power up to 420bhp and the power to weight ratio for this car would leave a standard Zed for Dead. This is a hand built sports car with a prodominately carbon fiber body. All the road tests I've read about this car say that its handles awesomely, but the build quality although high isn't as good as the then new Porsche 997. Add to that a £70K new price tag (same as a 997)and slightly down on power and build quality. Which would you buy.

The fact however that these are rare they can only increase in value over the next 10+ years.

If I had the money I'd have it and Garage it most of the time.

These will be worth a fortune in years to come. I'd buy one in a snap but not until after i'd bought my tvr tuscan first ;)

bloody hell an overpowered hairdressers car, some mop chopper will end up dead in that!!

the interior reminds me of the old Vw Corrado Campaign and i never like that one either.

so luckily nick im not in the running for this so that is one less bid you need to worry about

Saw one in cherry red a while back in a Kidderminster retail car park with JD. It looked stunning in the flesh. The only one I've seen IRL outside of the Autocar show. IMO a fantastic looking car and one I'd definately like to own. Hairdressers car my arse! ;)

You're only saying that cause your bodykit takes some influences from it

It was on top gear and they quoted an option of nitros that took it to 1000 bhp, and clarkson smacked his head trying to drift it so cant be that bad a car.

Lol! Damn. Sprung. :D ;)
