Just wondering if anyone's used them and if they rate them.

 

Got them coming to collect one of my rims tomorrow as there's a problem with it.

 

Not bad, £15 with insurance to deliver anywhere in the UK. I know they use DHL as couriers, but wondering if anyone's had problems or not with this service.

Use em all the time bud, they turn up when theyre meant to n get the stuff there without bits going missing .. bit dearer than others but the service is damn good

Yep, always used them and not once had a problem. Very good IMO

Yep, Use them a lot. I've had a collection missed once though, but thats once out of about 50 times and they came next day at changed it from a 2-3 day to a next day delivery for free.

i used them. absolutely abismal service

 

sent 2 parcels to different adresses, they stuck the wrong labels on them so they went to wrong places, denied it, had to arange another company to redeliver both parcels

 

there system for reporting failed pick up is pathetic and it once took them 2 weeks to actually pick up my parcel

 

another time they delivered my parcel back to me (well actually the company 2 doors down) about a week after i sent it

 

of about 20 parcels they probably did what it said on the tin less than half
