Gonna get my zeds ecu mapped just have a few questions

which is the best chip to buy?

what fuel do i have to run the car on

do i need a diff exhaust to gain real benefits?

a good chip to start off with is JWT - nice and safe, just a little more adventurous than the standard one. John Dixon on here invented ECUs ( almost :D ) and can do custom jobbies for you.

if youre running standard boost (which you ought to be with a stock chip) then normal unleaded is ok. try to move to V-Power when you tweak up the power.

aftermarket exhausts will always be a benefit, especially with upped boost and aftermarket intake.

depends a lot on how healthy your Z is, but one in decent nick with those mods would up your power by about 60bhp. thats if the jets were 1mm. 0.8mm jets would give you another 20bhp on top but your boost could spike and det your engine. 1.2mm jets would give you about 20bhp less.

its difficult to just give a figure really as like i said all Zs and mods are different

(the above is a disclaimer against all the people that will say "no, it will give you +20bhp or no it will give you +100bhp) ;)
