Has anyone had any problems with the above, when i put the front demister on mainly, i get a slight fuel smell. :smash:

Will be leaking fuel pipes under the bonnet - quite common in winter.

Just needs the clips tightening up usually.

Do a search on fuel leaks and it will bring up all the usual stuff.

if that don't work contact smithy he does some braided stainless steel replacements :smash:

would this mean, even less fuel economy too?

A common one is on the connections to and under the fuel regulator which is the small mushroom type metal object just to the top right of the throttle cover up the centre of the engine.
