Mt-90 4 bottles of that. Or silkolene something...cant remember off top of head. But MT-90 is better if syncs are a little dodgy!

Diff, 2.1 litres of silkolene 75/90 stuff. systran or something. GL-5 rating for limited slip.

Undo fillers first just incase you cant get them out once you drained it!!! would be annoying. :smash:

I fill mine up with a bit of hose and stand to the side of the car.

Look on that dallas Z site.

I followed how they did it. Piece of p1ss.

Now im home,

Gearbox oil 3.1 litres 75-90w API GL-4 the Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 ester gear (or MT90, 4 bottles)

Dif 2.1 litres API GL-5 the Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 ester gear

I think theres a slight difference in the diff between UK and Jap cause of the cooler. Think 2.1 is UK as I only got 2 in my Jap dif.

Not sure if your uk or jap.

Gotta be API GL-5 75w-90 in diff cause of the limited slip. Dont put anything else in or it wont work properly!!

I think Nissan recommend API GL-5 80w90 for the diff and API GL-4 75w90 for a manual 'box
