The missus got a call from our vets yesterday saying a cat had been took in , they scanned her and got her micro chip number , checked there records and realised we had reported her missing on august 5th

The not so good news is her back leg was shattered :smash: :smash:

Even worse is we didn,t have her insured :slap:

So now i,m £440 lighter unlike the cat which isn,t due to all the metal pins in her , got to keep her in a cage and immobile for 3 weeks

Bloody animals, don,t ya just love em

I used to hate cats till I actally got one. Good news on getting her back and your a great advert for getting pet insurance! I may have to think about that now. Hope she recovers well.

The other cat is insured , we,d only had her a few months before dissapearing and it was the usual thing , oh i,ll ring em tomorrow but never got round to it :headvswal

It,s worth doing bud , it,s about £7 a month , she,s getting bloody insured now :smash:

Gonna pop round to the lady who found her and took her in to the vets , take her some flowers as a thankyou. nice to know there,s some decent folk out there

Yeah it is. I'd hate to lose our cat now. you get so attached to the little things! We thought she may have had feline leukemia the other day and we hadnt got her jabs done yet. That 10 minute wait while her blood was tested felt a lot longer than ten minutes!

I hate cats with a passion but don't like any animal to be injured so pleased for you boldy.

Poor Cat at least it was tagged and some nice kind person took it to the vets.

just got a cat from cats protection league... He's got no tail as he was in an RTA but he's great except for waking me up at 07:00 every morning (including weekends) for hi breakfast... wouldn't swap him though

Mine`s the same, sleeps on the pillow next to me at night then taps my face with his paw to wake me for breakfast!! (little tw@t!!) He`s just come from the vets, had Laryngitus so been peacfull for a few days, £45.00 though for 2 jabs and 10 tiny tablets.
