I'm sooooooo missing driving the Z and ROLL ON SUMMER FFS!! lol

Not driven the Z for ages, other than to move it from my garage, to the bodyshop and back again.

I'm slowly rebuilding everything, but not putting all the trim back on until I've had the new paint glass polished. Absolutely despo to take it out. But by the time it's all back together, the roads are most likely going to be salted/gritted.

Ho hum....roll on summer!!!!!!!

Mine will hardly be driven now until April/May next year. Sometimes you get the odd dry/non salt road day during the winter, so it'll get the odd run or two.

Make sure you do give it the occasional run - nothing worse for these cars than being stood up for a long time - things always seem to go wrong straight afterwards :(

Feel for you Si,i havent driven mine since august and wont be until around march :(

Yeah, I did last year. But always do a thorough weather check. NO salt/grit on the roads, no dampness either.... usually manage to take it out for a decent 30 minute run once a month over the winter.

My neighbour layed up his car for winter last year.

It caused £1300 of damage.

Salt stays on the roads until March-April anyway.

Use it or loose it, girlfriend, a-ha, a-ha, you is weak, you is weak boy, you has no respect, the baby is the most important thing, will you take a DNA test?

Hope you get it sorted so you can take it out more.

Mine's never been put away for winter by the previous 2 owners and I ain't gonna start treating it like a weak thing now. My Zed is hard and goes out in winter lol

Oh it's ok. Just needs trim refitting.

Mine is just a fun/summer car....hopefully gonna make it show worthy. Were blemishes on the rear bumper and tailgate which stopped me wanting to show it this year.
