Bodyshop in London

I'm finding it quite hard finding a decent bodyshop in and around London (ideally central or East). Anyone got recommendations?

    IIRC theres couple places in ilford ones called kream developments other one is turismo bodystyling, havnt personally used them but they have had few cars featured in car mags etc & one of the guys owns a nice zed so may be worth contacting them

    I need to fit my front bumper securly after a knock it took... might also possibly get a new front bumper, so looking for potential places to get it sprayed and fitted...
