hey guys i am considering whether to buy stock leathers or if i should just buy the leather and do it myself. if so where can i buy the leather from, i.e. for the seats and doors...

i've seen the z centre stuff but am still after some other recommendations.

that sound good! did it include everything including leather for the door cards, the arm rest and glove box?

That was the seats only, but I believe he does do the door cards and other parts too now, but not sure of the prices.

how about the ebay stuff, i'm abit weary about that stuff to be honest. has anyone had any experience of it?

He does not do the door stuff or other pieces, but will supply the leather for you to diy.

 

I asked for samples of cream and blue leather and when they arrived they were not cream but beige.

 

When I asked the question this is not cream I was told that his supplier has only a limited stock of colours.

 

On his Website the photos of cream and blue look great,

 

I am very dissapointed by this and now he has lost a customer.

 

But the good news is I have found a trimmer near Leicester who can give me exactly what I whant.

 

I have seen examples of his work. Fantastic

i got my leather for door cards from nippon, 60sqft for approx £150 including foam backing if you want to go to the effort of putting it underneath

i do not have pics only of the seats in my Zed the leather comes as one big sheet of leather which you need to cut/fit yourself, as yet due to having a broken foot i never got rouind to fitting it although some other guys on here have already fitted theirs

lol, maybe you have to go through the proper procedure like through the website or something. im only after a rough estimation as my car is still in the garage and won't be buying the system till it comes out!
