gearbox oil...

anyone knows exacly how many liters you need for auto gearbox ?i've got a oil cooler from zcentre aswell

    in my gear box was about 3.5l...so i've put 3.5l back in but i never coul read the dipstick ,on cold it shows over the max mark and on hot under the min mark,is exacly the other way i think...

    When i did my Gearbox swop it took approx 4.5 litres taht included swopping torque converter so more fluid will be required.

    My list also said 8 LTRS but no way.

    Put in 3 then run and dip and more if required. :)
