There's not many people using it over here, doesn't seem to be too good for your engine.

I'm sure somebody will have an idea though.

im looking for both tt and n/a times nos isent good for your engine if you dont have it set up right

this really depends on how much of a shot you use bud on a N/A with a 100 shot expect to lose at least a second more with a TT

Mate of mine had it on his TT and was running 12.5 ish quarters. VERY bad for your engine though bud.

why is it bad? no worse than raising your boost pressure

why is it bad?

It isnt bad in itself. But it will take out any already weak engines.

Remember adding 100shot NOS to the avarage Worn NA engin e like most of us are using is adding 50% power increase in one go!!

Thats in the danger zone. Its not bad.

Best to get saving for some forged pistons and nice strong rods! ;)

very true bud .......if you use the NOS slowly...over 2/3 sec you can get a lot more power out of the NOS .....

but if you want BIG power then AS ABOVE....(forged pistons and nice strong rods)

and a good set-up.... ;)

If your going to do that why not just put a tt engine inwould that not be cheaper?

NO bud ...because the running cost's are higher.....N/A day to day ....NOS at weekend's...= less day to day cost ...against...high powered TT.....day to day....

standerd N/A 1 tank of fuel...standerd TT 2 tank's of fuel for the same mile's....(motorway miles) avg speed 100/110mph.....

around town high powered TT's not to good (on petrol)..but a lot of ""FUN""

.P.S....only run NOS when you have the BRAKES too stop YOU.................... ;) ;)

Skywurz no one on here is a professional nitrous fitter so the advise your gonna get is probably not 100% acurate and i dont think anyone else is running 1/4 mile strips with it on here except for me the best thing you can do is call a professional fitter or supplier and tell them your requirements and what you have now that way you will get the answers your looking for ;)

Most of us on here who run quarters only do RWYB days. We dont even get to do bracket races.

We do sometimes have a little unofficial head to head racing

Although next year I am looking at trying some bracket racing, as Im getting closer to the consistency of runs needed.

Not quite...a TT is actually more economical on the motorway than a NA. But around town yes, TT does drink more.
