So far guys the following names are on the "Team Concept" list

Darkside TT = Lanzar Audio

Fairladyzxgirl = still to decide

Wozzer = Litewave Under/Incar Lighting

J the Gun = Litewave Under/In-Car Lighting

I would like to thank these guys for putting themselves forward

Due to the amount of new brands In-Car Concepts are taking on there is a possibility that we may require another 2/3 demo cars

We are aiming for our Main club debut at JAE 2007 where we will be showing our OptiZed "project Thunder and Lightning" boasting a massive 21,000 watts and over £2500 worth of lighting, which will be linked to the other demo cars

please be patient while we decide how far we want to take this

John

Hello Everyone!

Can't tell you how excited we are by your enthusiasm! :dance: It seems a huge project to take on but we can't wait to get started! :hyper: John has been working flat out on test boxes and designs so we are sure that you won't be disappointed! :bow: We've already tried out different combinations of boxes and sub sizes in our Zed and I speak from experience when I say that the power is definately about to be unleashed! ;) I don't think that my chest will ever be the same again but at least I've learnt to tie my hair back! :rofl:

Would be really good to meet up with you all soon!

Tara x

Yes. Me. Trouble is, at the moment I'm using equipment from Nearfield Audio (KAR comps, subs, amps. Specs are in my V8 build Journal: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/journal.php?do=showjournal&j=18 ) but I may not go any further with them as they don't do any in-house glass fibre work (not a huge problem as I do a lot myself and so does the bodyshop I'm working with). My car is being used for the Bodywork Plus demo car but there could be room for a collaboration. Depends whether you want exclusivity or not. PM me if you want to chat.

Idealy i would like to use my own products in any demo vehicle .. the thing that concerns me here bud and this is speaking from experience .. putting large arrays of subwoofers in a car with the amount of filler etc that ive seen in your journal could lead to the resonation cracking joints etc..even with a few layers of sound deadening .. flat panels are the worst.. but by all means bud you can ring me and discuss any issues u have 07886 660 295.. great looking car by the way .... i have a passion for true custom cars as my first was a v8 sit up n beg Ford Popular

Sorry, think you misunderstood mate. :) Depending on if it was a go-er, I'd get rid of the KAR gear for your own brand. There won't be much filler left by the time it's finished TBH. The work I originally did has been re-done (by someone who really knows what they're doing! Lol! ;)) and all the custom arch work etc is having moulds taken and it's the product of these that will be going on to make the finished car. Twas just a thought ;)

Edit: Not sure what you want to achieve with it but if you wanted "sound off" competition levels with the car, it's probably not the ideal vehicle purely as I'm going for quality (albeit still loud ;)) rather than db level :)

No it wouldnt be for DB levels .. TBH the Zed isnt ideal for SPL as its the wrong shape .. ideal car believe it or not is a Fiat Panda :hurl: :hurl: .. by all means bud contact me if you want to discuss it further

Lol! I know it's truly bizarre! I frequent the talkaudio site quite a bit and it's always weird to see these old Fiats and Renaults with plastic windows, braced within an inch of their life and laden with concrete! Might just give you a bell then mate :)

Cant you do like a "stealth" level where no fooker can hear anything till the windows go down and then it blows peeps away

Or as you slow down teh volume drops acordingly

or you find a magnet that isnt flipping heavy as fook.

do a lot of stealth installs ... problem is not very good as a show car .. as for the magnets .. neodimium is the way to go but a sub of that calibre can cost £500+

i think they call it " PRESS-GANGED ".... :rofl: ;)

me and jay are 100% for it ...... ;) ;)

looking good bud ..... :bow:
