You'll be running at 5psi and your timing will be slightly retarted. Try giving the sensor connections a good clean :)

Have Tried That But Couldnt Get All The Green Crap Off Bought Contact Oil But Doesnt Seem To Shift Much

Wonder-wheels cleaner, a small sharp screwdriver, and wd40. ;)

bang a 1meg ohm resistor on the dett sensor plug (the bit that goes to ecu) and feel the diffrence :)
