RIght best advice I can give is get some bonett vents in to let the heat out, remove the aircon completely as the aircon rad in front of the radiator really is a brick and restricts cold air flow + you save a lot of weight by removing it then you won't need to buy an uprated thicker core radiator if you do this... If you don't want to remove your aircon or stick vents in then yes, get a bigger rad... The thermostat is not necessary + you're giving yourself a lot more work!!! ;)

i currently have upgraded

Greedy I/C'S

oil cooler uprgade

auto box cooler

bulged and vented bonnet (soon to be fitted)

vented h-lamp front panel

hybrid tub's (t25/28)

split dump downpipes and custom de-cat

555cc nismo injectors

ETC ETC

so koyo radiator, new water pump ect would mean im good to go???

just going to take engine out shortly so is there any other parts suggested??? i.e lightened pulleys etc??

i do like the air-con mainly to clear windscreen etc so want to keep it! i would consider ditching it if it packed up!

Yep KOYO radiator, lightened puleys, water pump, cam belt and replace all the little hoses especially the ones round the back of the engine will all be worthwile mods/peventative maintenance.
