Anyone have this set up ?

What is it like ?

I think I'm gonna get a set. I already have adjustable front upper links, do I need anything for the rear for camber correction etc. or anything else ? Do you get new dust covers for the shox ?

Some get camber adjusters, some dont. I think the change is that small you can get away without them.

You dont normally get dust covers with the shocks. Mine didnt anyway

The setup is fantastic. I also eliminated the hicas. The ride is certainly harder but not too harse and the cornering is like the car is on rails. Really regained my confidence in corners with these.

Hope that helps

Pete

Ive got the same setup .. personaly id go for the camber adjustment kit as will give you more surface area of tyre touching the ground and save you ยฃ's on tyre wear.. the springs and shocks together make the car stick to the roadn like s**t to a blanket

Universal steering rack gaitors make great dust covers. Cost me about ยฃ9 for 4 from my local motor factors.

I've been very impressed with my setup. Haven't bothered with the camber adjustment yet though.

CheerZ all for the responses, looks like these are being bought next month then !

Is it A MUST to have the adjustable lower arms ?

at the moment I have the adjustable uppers (yet to fit) and solid poly bushes in the temsion rods

ย

yes, it really is a must otherwise any lateral movement will kill the bearings in the upper arms

ah, but i work for an american company and my colleagues will send it thru our company fedex account as office equipment.

i am running this set-up with whiteline anti-roll bars and the full energy suspension bushing kit. I just went to the nurburgring last month and it was sweet as a nut. especially in the wet where the handling was nice and predictable on the limit. This set-up is much better than some of the comedy skateboard handling you get on coilover-ed cars, The ring in particular really shows up overdone suspension set-up. I will not be changing my set-up anymore now.
