It was deattached when i bought it and i cant figure out how to refit it?? I can see where the two blank bolts (best way i can think of describing them?!?) fit into the holders in the rear of the boot but i cant figure out where the front part attaches to and how. The owners manual is no help.

ok connect one clip to the rear of the boot. feed the strap through the front hoop in the middle of the boot (as in between seats middle,either near the rear seat for 2+2 or near the junk shelf for the swb) feed the strap towards the other bracket. now looks like an A shape.

yes it is .its a bolted in loop.
