Could someone please tell what the hell are A/T, Power, Hold, Ocverdrive, and what difference do the modes on the auto box actually do??

Featured Replies

POWER ..will hold the revs to the red line when flooring it but also comes on automatically when you floor it , you,ll see the light come on to the right of the steering wheel

HOLD ..car will pull off in second gear , redusing the chance of wheel spin in slippery conditions .

OVERDRIVE ..with this switched off the gearbox will only change up to third gear and the torque converter will lock in third to give a direct drive .You also get some engine braking when coasting .

Switch it on and you will have all four gears and the torque converter will lock in fourth.

You get used to them eventually bud :D HTH

Thanks a mill. So essentialy with all the settings I've got a semi auto...lol

In that case why didn't the f*%fs fit the same box to the skyline I had??? That auto was awful...hehehe

Auto's only need one button - the "auto-manual conversion button" :D ;)

Seriously though, if you want true semi-automatic functionality, try http://www.ess-racing.com/ Awesome piece of kit!
