They may be quicker, but they'll be looking gayer. Like a metrosexual hairdresser. ;)

Whereas you, in a Zed, will look like a pub landlord or northern hard nut who owns a gym & works a few doors. :)

have driven several, they are fooking quick!! just keeps on pulling!

autocar road tested a derestricted one against the top porsche, ferrari, aston & lambo murchialago.

lambo was quickest 0-60, then the SL spanked them all right upto 186mph!! lambo was only 2mph quicker top end also LOL! (204 IIRC)

SL65 AMG bi-turbo is even quicker LOL :hyper:

id deffo have one, think they look awesome

So how does spraying one pink come into that equation?:hurl:

I don't think there bad looking, my MD has the SL55 AMG, lost his license 2 weeks after getting it mind you and the Owner of the company next door has the SL65 AMG bi-turbo in black, apparently there are only a handful in the country? Lovely looking Wheels on it. ;)

Went up against one in my Silver Z.

Got my arse whipped red and raw. Awsome car.

I've raced one and it was pretty even but mine isn't exactly standard :)

Got past him in the end on a long straight.

It would certainly wave bye byes to a TT zed. Supercharged V8. About 500bhp

SL55 amg is forced induction, but the SLK55 amg is an N/A. It would still whup the ass off a 300zxtt though.

The SLK350 is virtually on par with a 300zxtt performance wise. I borrowed one for a weekend and it is a pretty fine car. I would definately have one - nicer than a 350z IMO.

The SL55 amg with forced induction will thrash even a pretty well modified 300zxtt.

Richard ;)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

CL500 is the gentleman's choice of Merc.

£20K for a 2001 plater - naturally aspirated 5L V8, S-class platform. VERY nice interior. Stifler's mum had one in American Pie II.

The little sporty ones are a bit 'yoo-hoo' / "friends of Dorothy" for me.;)
