OR, you could get an uprated radiator. I think a few of the traders sell the Koyo rad. this wil be better than a stock replacement...

Sorry, just realised my car is an auto but the rad is off the car I broke to sort my engine, so the rad is off a manual not an auto if that makes any difference

Pretty easy once you've pulled all the hoses out and the fan shourd, after that it's just a matter of pulling it up and out of the engine bay.
