i was thinking about the gear box mounts but they dont look bad but i dont know witch one would cause this

could be but it only dose it in 1st-3rd it something ill check in to when I do my clutch I feel that's on the way out I hear the throw out bearing and the clutch petal seems shallow

Prop support bearing, sounds like the rubber support section may of broken up completely and if so there will be loads of play, when you take the drive up it bangs upwards on the support ring, tends to sound quite far back for some reason.

Need to get the car up and take a look at how much the prop moves up and down in the middle.
