I cannot believe how outstandingly dumb you appear to be for posting what you did.

 

Firstly, if you were serious about taking legal action against this person, then you have significantly damaged your case. So much so, that you stand a very good chance of it being thrown out of court.

 

If you could even get a lawyer to take it that far !

 

You have obviously taken no legal counsel over the matter, or are stupidly ignoring said counsel.

 

 

Secondly, email and ip addresses are extremely easy to spoof by anyone who knows what they are doing.

 

Until you have concrete evidence that the trail leads back to the person you accuse, then you cannot be 100% positive of the fact.

 

If it subsequently turns out that you are wrong, then your accusations become extremely libellous themselves.

 

And documented personal, physical threats too !

Those alone are enough to take action against you, regardless of anything else. Doh!

 

Thirdly, there is no smoke without fire. Ever. There must have been some underlying event or circumstance that sparked off the initial post. Every story has 3 sides. Yours, theirs, and the right one.

 

By doing what you have, you have exposed the company you seem to represent to scrutiny and discussion by the readers of this forum.

 

Whatever the outcome, the fact that someone had a big enough problem with you to do what they did, and the fact that you reacted in such way, means that you have done yourself no favours here.

 

What you have done will earn you no respect, nor admiration, nor custom from any sensible and level headed member of this forum.
