so badly on my car i am now out of pocket to the tune of over £5000.00

They damaged my engine and gave me a huge bill. istand no chance in a

court and was wondering if anyone would be able to really do some

decent damage. Not just delete the website because they will somehow

have it saved and just reload it, but actually fuck them good and

proper, not sure if this can be done.

likely they'll investigate his claimen of being fucked over, and be

pissed off at you for wasting their time.

That is all. Has there been an attack? If so is there proof that it was a result of this post? Also posting informaion on his address, IP, username and passwork is in violation of "The Data Proctecion Act"

Many people use the same password or username for many things, and if any unauthorised happening occuring using any unconsented information on this post, you will be the sole person responsibe. Which could mean paying compensation for any discrimination as a result of this, and also classed as aiding and abetting of any, maquarading or fraid happening using his IP, usernames, password or address.

 

So I would remove that information if I was you, before you get yourself into deep trouble. More trouble than empty threats of breaking a site.

 

Also, if you are of some security service, I think you are out of your duristiction

saying to people

"you can be certain these people

will come after you and when they catch you they will fuck you in the ass boy!!"

 

That sounds like a personal threat of rape, a lot more serious than a threat on a site.

I cannot believe how outstandingly dumb you appear to be for posting what you did.

 

Firstly, if you were serious about taking legal action against this person, then you have significantly damaged your case. So much so, that you stand a very good chance of it being thrown out of court.

 

If you could even get a lawyer to take it that far !

 

You have obviously taken no legal counsel over the matter, or are stupidly ignoring said counsel.

 

 

Secondly, email and ip addresses are extremely easy to spoof by anyone who knows what they are doing.

 

Until you have concrete evidence that the trail leads back to the person you accuse, then you cannot be 100% positive of the fact.

 

If it subsequently turns out that you are wrong, then your accusations become extremely libellous themselves.

 

And documented personal, physical threats too !

Those alone are enough to take action against you, regardless of anything else. Doh!

 

Thirdly, there is no smoke without fire. Ever. There must have been some underlying event or circumstance that sparked off the initial post. Every story has 3 sides. Yours, theirs, and the right one.

 

By doing what you have, you have exposed the company you seem to represent to scrutiny and discussion by the readers of this forum.

 

Whatever the outcome, the fact that someone had a big enough problem with you to do what they did, and the fact that you reacted in such way, means that you have done yourself no favours here.

 

What you have done will earn you no respect, nor admiration, nor custom from any sensible and level headed member of this forum.

1) Whats a UK security site doing "Sweeping " a US forum

2) What is a worker of this security site doing on this forum? How did he/she come to this conclusion?

3) What is he/she doing when making threats on personal safty? I know that internet security dont go to forums saying stuff like that. You're getting personal there. Do police phone up people and say "Stay there we are coming for you?" NO. IDIOT.

4) Working in the middle of the night was you? Doesnt your "Sweeping " program not work after 5:30 so humans have to do it? No I think you came home from work at the garage.

5) Why did he/she come here. From a security sweeping program, the concept alone of that is still making me laugh, to a car enthusiast forum and them post on it. I will tell you how. Xoticar probably heard about the tread from a tip off and got pissed off, and came to www.300zx.co.uk because he has a 300ZX and they know he is on here.

6) There has been no attempt on the site being changed. All you have is an empty threat.

7) Xoticar. You got his address from his bill. To get an address from an IP takes weeks. The IPS have to cross reference hundreds of thousands of IP numbers with times and then find the username then cross reference that with who ever pays the bill. Even then they wouldnt give it you. They would investigate the matter themselves and then inform the police personally.

 

So come on Xoticar, you are getting youself into deep deep serious shit. So give it up.

 

I could find many more flaws with you information but cant be bothered wasting time on you?

P.S. If I was Warren I would report this company to the Trading Standards. We also have a threat from a person who I beilve to be a worker of Xoticar and his/her address can easily be found out with the IP that is stored on this site, and if the IP is cross referenced and found to be a worker of Xoticar, you will be in the deepest shit of all time.

There is alt.2600.hackers.programming and alt.2600.hackerz but neither of these seem to have anything relevant on them.

 

Searching for SHEEHAN in alt.2600 doesn't bring up anything

This really makes me laugh - usually companies take a long time to destroy their reputation - in ONE POST, xoticar have virtually closed themselves down!!! This site (whether it be a good or bad thing) is visited by members from all the other boards - we have had FAR tamer posts on here that have had links posted to them on other enthusiast forums.

 

You also make threats of phisical violence which are now documented so I think you are now the ones who should be worrying
