Launch control doesnt seem to work - terminal mode reads it as active but it just wheelspins off

Diags where it does the misfore seems to work tho.

just set wheel sizes to 653mm front

643mm rear.

still unsure as to why configuration reads kmh and any surface is set to 655.35kmh etc

I will try to fine my settings for you when I get home mate.

cheers

I know wheel size will be different buit everything else will prob be same wont it

Hi Jay

First off, sort out your wheel sizes. Your fronts should be 653mm and rears should be 643mm. This will make a difference!

Also, are you sure you've set the wheel channels up correctly? You may need to use the calibration dongle to set the wheels up (if you've got one)

Finally, in your launch control setup, the wet rev limits should be set lower than the dry rev limits!

I have already set wheel sizes up :)

What is a good setting for wet and dry limits?

Thanks

Hi Jay

My launch settings are shown below.

However, to ensure that the system is working properly, jack up the back of the car so the wheels are off the ground (pref use axle stands to ensure it's secure). Set the controller to Wet, then run the engine and accelerate. The car should start to misfire at about 10/15mph. This will demonstrate that the wheel sensors are set up correctly or not.
