What's behind the pannel

I was cleaning out my 300 for the first time since buying it in November, I took out the passenger side matt when I noticed the footwell carpet was velcro'd to a wooden panel.

I didn't have a screwdriver on me at the time, so I didn't open it. Is this panel normal ? and what is behind it ?

Am I likely to find a 1K block of coke when the car was used for smuggling ?

So unplugging any of it would be a bad idea then !

Thanks again.

Herman

Unplugging it will save you a lot of money in the long run. If you can't start it, then it can't break down!

What were they thinking when they used a plank of wood?

It's not a Morgan FFS!

Strong, lightweight, flat, cheap, easy to work, what else would you use ?

What wrong with putting your feet on a piece of dead tree. You are sitting on a dead cow biggrin.gif
