Galileo, galileo.....

fantastic to watch and makes you feel kinda good when you're warm and indoors...

cant beat a good thunder and lightning show. beats fireworks any day

Love it....

I totally miss the thunder storms back home everytime it rained... unlike here where it drizzles... and you get the occasional thunder storm..

I spent 2 weeks in tornado ally a few years back, the super calls that you get there are awsome, dwarf anything i have ever seen here by many times.

Absolutely love it! I'm fascinated by the weather anyway, so a nice powerful and violent storm is great.

Unfortunately, you don't often get very violent thunderstorms over here. Best ones I've seen have been when I've been in the South of France and South East USA.

When I was a kid many moons ago the thunder storm were proper thunder storms so were the summers. Can you tell the weather by the clouds? I had a book on it. Yes the weather is interesting.

I've seen some severe ones in Thailand and Borneo.

But the worst ever was here in the UK when I was riding up the A1 on my motorbike - that was terrifying.

Mainly I like them though. Me may see more with the rise in extreme weather bought on by global changes.

I know how to do a rain dance; first of all you need a sponge then a bucket full of water, and then try to wash the car. :D

Yup, I studied elements of Meteorology at university and then again at nautical college. I've worked at sea and you have to be able to read the weather patterns and interpret the shipping forecast to be able to make safe navigation. It's all really interesting stuff.

Love it....
