Right chaps and chapesses, at the moment my BOV's are in the same place as the stock recircs, I wanrt to move them up onto the top pipes using an alloy 'T' piece, would I need to block up both hoses of the original recircs or would I need to jjoin them together??

What size bungs will I need to plug them fella?

IIRC between 3/4" and 1" - homebrew store should have bungs. Drill through the centre and put a bolt through with large washers either end and obviously a nut. Once in the hole tighten the bolt and the bung will compress and expand into the hole making it a nice tight fit ;)
