Owned 3. Apparantly only one was actually driven by him, and the other 2 were his staff cars.

has he still got vacancies??

Maybe, but I don't think he needs anyone to go crashing his Zeds.

;)

I ask this...................So what if he did own it. It aint going to make the car any better than one owned by Joe Bloggs.

People always like to own things that were once owned by celebrities. Reason why John Lennon's Roller went for stupid money.

Naaaa wot yer mean Si LOL! :D

I saw a car on ebay that said it was owned by frank bruno a while ago to.

That was the red one. Was in Franks collection

Purchased off him by Mike at MJP and then went on ebay. Ended up in Eire IIRC

I spoke to a guy in BP petrol station on A127 few months back think he must live somewhere near me, and that was white.

He said his used to be frank brunos car, used to be auto, and apparantly got lots of mods, did sound nice tho got to admit

I thought this thread said "Frank Brunos dead"

To set the record straight - I dealt with Frank at the time he had his 300s. A good friend of mine was working for him at the time and persuaded him to buy the first (the red one) at the same time as he was getting a SWB turbo - both from the same dealer. Frank later bought the white one spotted on the A127 from a customer of mine and also a black Z31 turbo "to learn how to drive a manual" was bought from me.

The red car was sold to an employee who then sold it back to me after a year. The wheels went on the white car (see below) The red car went off to Ireland and has subsequently been offered via eBay touting the Bruno tag.

The second (white) Z32 went to Frank's pool man with a blown engine and numerous other problems (another story...). He spent a fortune on it and added some nice goodies, but he has now left the UK having sold the car. I guess the new owner is trying to cash in on the Bruno tag. Although at £3500 considering the mods (wheels, gauges, manual conversion, new engine, new turbos etc. etc.) it is not badly priced.

The third car, the Z31 turbo, never really got driven (except around the Bruno estate) and after Frank's problem period got sold to Ken at ZXS who is currently offering it for sale again (01277 811799 if you like the idea of a Bruno tagged car for little money).

Although I used to see a lot of Frank when he had the cars, it was my policy to treat him like a normal customer and friend, not to do the "starstruck" bit with him - he gets enough of that wherever he goes! So, no posed pictures or anything of the sort I'm afraid.

Has anyone seen the white Frank Bruno car recently - reg AHZ 4248. The owner from approx. 3 years ago would love to trace its whereabouts...??
