Sorry to bore you all twotless but I've never done a bloody bean on my car and now I have started pulling it to bits and upgrading it I cant get enough - blame JethroTT
Anyway I thought I'd try 130watt bulbs in the newly done lights - pah! (being a Jap) the solder on the bulb melted in pre race trials after about 10 minutes - so I tried this little trick: wiring the earth strap to the bulb chassis and it seems to be much more a sound way of doing it.
I know that 130watters are stupid so I am gonna down them to 85's - has anyone else tried this:??
Seems like a more reliable way of getting the earth to the bulb..
Or should I not give up my day job LMAO!!
Cheez,
Glen
