8ollocks! Put some very light kerbing on one of my rims!

It's pretty light, but I want to know if there are any companies that can buff out scratches on polished alloy. Well, it'll need a bit more work than that.

But I think I read somewhere that there's a few companies that'll come out to your car and carry out light repair work on wheels.

Can anyone recommend anyone?

Thanks

My 8ollocks are shaved smooth thanks, so no way could cause damage to alloy lol.

Anyone else?

dont bother, as you'll only scuff em again as soon as theyre done. I always find the harder you try not to kerb them the more you do.

That's the wrong answer I'm afraid. That's the first time I've ever scuffed wheels. So the little scuffing will be repaired.

i scuffed mine on tuesday quite bad, they were being repaired on wed afternoon

HATE to see nice rims scuffed up

you could try Belmount Metal finishishes in Old Dolby, Leicestershire?

thats where mine are at the mo

I'm trying to find a company that'll come out to my car and do it on the roadside. Failing that, I'll take it off the road in the winter as I always do and get the rim re-polished then. You can hardly see it, but I'm picky and like things to be as perfect as possible.

Si, there is a wheel specialist down by the dogs home. If you head up the A4 past Temple Meads, go past Quick Fit (very fast as their crap) through the lights and the next set of lights is by a bridge on the left crossing the river. Go left over the bridge and turn left again. About a 100 yds on the left. Sorry I cannot remember their name but they are apparently very good.
