pre cats

Hi,

 

just recieved my decat system that i got from e bay (must say seems excellent). I was only expecting straight decat pipes to fit to existing downpipes but it has the pre cats as well - cant fit one without the other as the new pre cats are longer. Seems an ok job apart form the upper 2 bolts that bolt to the turbo,s - any advice how to get to these.
