Did anyone bought a car through Bonsaicars ever? how are they? any good reputation about them? what would you say about them? spoke to them not long ago about buying a 300ZX 96,97 model deep purple metallic and they seem pretty nice and work fair and honest from what I realize....

anyone agree´s with me?

would be helpful to know.

thanx as always my Z Bros  :)

do a search!!! never dealt with them, but, assuming there's only one, the general concensus is they're shite!!

In a nutshell..... NO!

I think there's people who say bad things about all the bigger importers.

It might be they're all bad or just every trader has a few problems but with a big importer you're more likely to hear about them. Plus on the net, people tend to repeat other people's experiences.

That may be true - but the thread about the skyline WITH PICTURES should be enough to put anyone off...!

I used them to get my Zed, overall they were OK, but hard to get a hold of most of the time, and generally very slow at getting things done.

I would not recommend them, but then again, not sure if other importers are much better.

Also if you get a late zed, make sure it's already got SVA cetificate. (assuming it needs one).

snx.

If they are the ones based in Southmapton...I would speak to Hunnipie.

Hi,

Word of warning they are an absolute nightmare :smash: :smash:

I bought my TT manual from them in 2004. First saw the car in july put deposit down, said car would be ready in 2 weeks!! Month & a half later still not ready, finally picked it up, had it 3 weeks started running like a bag of shite. Tha car was picked up by them & spent another month with them scratching their heads no clue, they finally agreed to take it to main dealer who diagnosed a that the cambelt Bonsai had fitted had slipped  luckily no engine damage was done but I had to fight tooth & claw to get them to foot the bill fvcking cowboys :xxx:

Nice to know!! what about Neweraimports??

I try my best but even then sometimes a car which is imported in supposed excellent mechanical condition can have problems... I spoke to Frank from Spain on Saturday lol he said New Era didn't want to know about ZX's just tried selling him a Skyline!!
